Web 2.0 and the Martial Arts Schools

I am really thinking that this will be a really good idea for us. I really appreciate both of you posting.

I am really shifting gears toward developing my website. I have this really great guy that us going to be making a killer website...not quite...freestylema.com....but it will be something that will be a great window into what my school does.

Here is soemthing that I want do in the next two months.

I am going to have a fully functioning website with two sections. One a great sales letter setup that automatically will shift sales letters when the seasons change. Back to School, Soccer Ending, Holidays, New Years, Spring Martial Arts, Summer Camps.

The second section is where I am going to be making a members only section that will have youtube videos for our Black Belt Club. A blog that will be able to show the Powerful Words Videos of the month.

Really looking forward to sharing some ideas with everyone.
Rick I like your teen video idea. I would like to see it when it is done. I wonder what you all think about having some inter school seminars and maybe a tournament? I also like the stand up backers I buy them at office depot and put them out as well.

Korbett, I like your idea of talking once per week it sounds good. I would also like to discuss conceptual ideas such as retention strategies, how to keep students over the summer months, after Black programs ect.

Also wnated to let you know I have already started signing students up for FREE Valentines day cards. Never to early to get the kids ordering these.

Hey Guys...you all can post stuff on this blog all you have to do log onto blogger. I think it may be cool for us to post weekly on what we are doing at our schools. What we may want to accomplish that week. We may want to have a discussion online. Does everyone have a webcam may be cool for us all to conference maybe on a sunday when we are planning the coming week. Just ideas I will look around.
